ABOUT THE  BLOG / BOOK PROJECT

I have taken-up a coaching course (can never stop learning!) and am actually writing a book to share what I have learned and also to reflect and check my own actions and behaviours.

This is a series of coaching blogs that eventually will become a book. By blogging each item I hope to share each element in easy to read bite size chunks, maybe invite some people to subscribe to see the next posting and hopefully encourage some comments, feedback and suggestions which will improve the content for the blog and eventually the book.

ABOUT THE CONTENT AND QUALITY

The process is iterative: I aim  to write each chapter based upon what I know, then read a lot of books and update each chapter with what I have learned. All comments and feedback are therefore welcome, as are any recommendations for books and blogs to read or YouTube to watch.
